Ticent Energy is a clean energy infrastructure Indian start-up engaged in the design and development of advanced electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. India’s EV transition is progressing but at a slow pace due to the ineffectiveness of public charging infrastructure - that is constrained by operational and environmental reliability. A significant proportion of DC fast chargers deployed across the country rely on imported components and architectures that are not fully suited to Indian conditions, environmental factors and utilization/usage patterns. As a result, a considerable number of chargers remain non-operational at any given time due to delayed servicing, dependence on overseas vendors for spares and firmware and limited local diagnostics capability.

Ticent Energy was established to address these systemic challenges by developing charging infrastructure solutions that are designed, engineered and supported within India, with a strong emphasis on uptime, serviceability, compatibility and operational resilience.

Our key technical focus and current capabilities include:
